Something is wrong.
Nothing like this last year.
Germany 17 relatives, I look up and see only 8
American Samoa, Belgium, Chile, etc showing only 1 and I see none - has to log out and log back in to get to other countries.
By Ancestors, all show what they say they do
How come? Even my friends (not cousins) are asking, too.

Is the problem still occuring?

It runs a month before Rootstech event and close 1 month after. Won't be back until next year.
