Helper function

The Helper function does not seem to be working. I used it yesterday for most of the day (Monday, February 17), but when I tried last evening and again this morning, it says to try again later.

Is this problem still happening? I notice that it has been several weeks and no one commented on your question. I tried my Help Others tool and it worked just fine today. I have had problems in the past with intermittent outages on the Help Others function, but it has always returned. Sometimes it as simple as clearing out the cache on your browser and sometimes it means just waiting and trying again. If it is still not working please send a screen shot or similar and we can look for further assistance.
