Where should I post problems?

I posted a problem about 3 weeks ago and haven't had an answer or any comments to it. I'm curious if there is a best place to post problems in the community. I'm thinking mine got lost. I posted it like this one in 'general questions' and tagged to using the catalog.
The problem I posted is that my print list is stuck. I can't delete items and I can no longer add new ones. Thanks to anyone who can answer these two questions.

@JanW2 There is a dedicated feedback group for this issue. It's the Updated FamilySearch Catalog Feedback group. You might want to post your problem there since it is monitored by the engineers.

The help button at the bottom of the FamilySearch page will take you to telephone and email assistance. Also if they are not the right place there are many other suggestions for help on the page.
