Why indexing through "opportunities" tab not showing on "My Indexing Totals"?
I have noticed since indexing through "opportunites", it does not reflect on my indexing totals. Is there going to be a change in tallying indexing, as through AI it is mainly reviewing done?

@TM Kaleopa are you indexing a batch or reviewing names through opportunities? When indexing, totals in names indexed do not show up My Indexing Totals until your batch (usually 1 - 5 images depending on the project) is completed and submitted

I have completed and submitted the batches. They are reviewing names and checking names of towns in opportunities as indexing batches were not available at the time.

Perhaps you need to refresh your Find Projects page to indicate intermediate batches? I'm showing US City Directories but sometimes batches are not available in your location. I'm in Utah and do only English projects as my high school French was 63 years ago and unfortunately I don't speak or read Spanish or other languages. 😎

Sounds from the OP's followup comment as if they have been assisting with placename opportunities rather than with indexing batches specifically. I guess that would explain the work's not counting towards indexing totals?

The "Verify Places" feature under Get Involved: Opportunities has nothing to do with Indexing. Verifying places is a helpful service, but that service will never be counted as part of indexing reports.

Thank you for all your comments, So verify places in "Opportunities" are not counted into the indexing total, and I guess because I don't see the totals of reviewing names is not counted as well.

The Verify Names and Verify Places are counted separately on the Opportunities Get Started page. Indexing or Reviewing records/batches is transcribing certain information directly from the paper records
