New to indexing, Need help

As shown below, it seems that there are two different names on the same line?

(Bosworth Marie B Mrs and Mrs P Himes)

Not sure if this is common or not. Not sure what to do.

    You would only index Mrs Marie B Bosworth. Mrs P Himes is her employer.

    Mrs. Himes will have her own entry elsewhere in the directory. This is exactly the same as when you see a business listing like Himes and Himes (Joseph Himes, owner).
