Everything in the record is all capital letters, and I'm checking the document. Should I fix it so that only the right letters are capitalized?

You don't have to fix them, the FS program will do that

Whether or not letters are capitalized have no bearing on if an entry is correctly indexed.

I fix them if I have time. It's considered shouting on the internet. Plus it's hard to read.
