About the new family search indexing home interface

1. My graphs for indexing amounts are broken. Here are are some screenshots:

The second one might just be me failing to understand it's intent but the first one lists 2034 as the current year. I don't know if this is on back-end side of things or an issue on my part, which if so please tell me how to fix it. As far as I can tell it has to do with the new interface that was added.

2. Not entirely related but is there somewhere I can send bugs in the future if I encounter any more?

The matter has been subject to a number of reports under the Indexing category of this forum. It has been confirmed that the issue is being dealt with, but (as is usual) there is no time frame regarding any resolution.
