What are the Baptismal dates?

As Áine says, the first column has the baptismal dates. What may be confusing you is that it gives both the secular and ecclesiastic dates:
1896 Sept 12 (=) 13(th) S aft(er) Trinity: William Lloyd and Alfred Arnold
Oct 3 (=) 16(th) S aft(er) Trin(ity): Edwin Randolf.(The S is likely Sunday, but I haven't actually looked up an 1896 calendar to verify that.)

The 1st column on the left has the dates of the baptisms. The far right has the dates of their births.

Thank you, Thank you so much.
Yes, that is confusing. Do you know what "after Trinity" refers to? I'm wondering if it refers to some part of the Christmas season.

Trinity Sunday is the first Sunday after Pentecost. I don't know why, but it's used for labeling everything between it and Advent (i.e., half the year) in the ecclesiastical calendar.

That information may help me yet another time. Thank you.
