Error when trying to merge

I'm trying to merge Wanda Irene Smalley GMGH-THV with a duplicate G9DV-ZVB and after I click review mergen, and then Yes, continue, I get an error, "Oops something went wrong, please refresh the page." I have refreshed several times. I have tried both Chrome & Microsoft Edge. I have tried swapping who merges into who. And still the same error.
