Not sure what to do here

In the bottom line, the first individual is Frank M Cary, and the spouse is Bertha B Cary.
With the two above that I am not sure, these two records have seemingly multiple spouses or names. I'm thinking:
Wm M Carver, Chas F Thomas
Wm M Carver, Margaret Thos
Does that sound right?

The individual(s) listed in a business listing are not indexed. They will have their own entries elsewhere in the directory.
Your second entry will be:
Wm M Carver, Margaret Carver. C & Thos is the Carver & Thomas listing; Wm M Carver works there.
From Project Instructions/What To Remember About This Project:
Some images have businesses listed with residential listings. Do not index the information of businesses into the data entry area. Index only residential information. Further, do not index names of people associated with a business listing.1 -
The snippet nicely illustrates why we're instructed not to index people from business listings like that first entry: it would be redundant, as the people have their own entries.
"Carver & Thomas" is a business, employing Wm M C[arver] and Chas F T[homas], but they're not indexed from this entry. Instead, they're indexed from their individual listings, of which William's is the next entry down. (Charles is somewhere further back in the directory, under T for Thomas.)
