Linking Family search to Ancestry
Marie has a church account with family search and thought to use the free ancestry not knowing that FS will not let her hook up to the free Ancestry account. She found out later that she could have hooked up to Ancestry thru the church. Have call the church support. She is at the FHC only on Tuesdays 12-3. As she doesn't have a computer and does not drive. First time they told us that they would have some one call her. They call her back was on a Friday. The next week would have had a 2 hrs. wait time. How can we get her linked to both on Tuesday when she has a computer. She is only there for 3 hours every week

So, I think you're saying that Marie can't access her Ancestry account because she didn't pay for it, but is hoping to use the free account for members of the Church.
Here's the link to set up an Ancestry Account (once you're logged in from FamilySearch).
If she's already created an account through the above link, she should have access to Ancestry. If she has a previous Ancestry account, you need to call Ancestry and ask them to merge the accounts. Be prepared to have user names, email addresses and such available for customer service.
Once she's logged into Ancestry, she can link people on her Ancestry tree to people in FamilySearch. As far as I know, you cannot start at FamilySearch and then push people and events to Ancestry. If you need help with this, look for official Ancestry.com youtube videos about linking people to FamilySearch.
