I'm glad it worked! And yes, you are correct. That screen page isn't intuitive, but there will be changes coming. Thanks for the patience!

I tried to play around a bit to see what was happening (which is why you will see an image in the Change log if you look). Unfortunately, I couldn't replicate your problem.
Let me share this with an Engineer and see if we can find you an answer. Thanks for the patience!

I've talked with the Engineers. Here is what they told me:
The engineers recently made some changes to the UI (User Interface), and some tag names are reverting to what that tag name once was.
What you are seeing now is probably an original version of that tag name, which it has now reverted back to… Probably at some point, these two persons were combined.
You can delete all the tags and recreate each one. Or you can rename the tags.
Directions for changing the tag name:
- Open up your memory and click on the tag you want.
- In the pop-up, you will see the tag name in blue. Click it.
- A new page will come up. The tag name will be large and blue at the top of the page. Click it.
- You can now change the tag name. Save your changes.
Hope this helps!

It worked for me too, but that screen isn't intuitive with regard to changing the tag name. Thank you for the instructions.
