Memory is restricted, why?
Several or my Memories are restricted and I don't understand why. Many are ancestors without Memories.

Hi You should have received an email when the memories were restricted. Please look for the email remembering to check spam and junk. Respond to the email asking for a review and explanation. Many times, the restriction will be lifted. Hope this helps.
