Yeah. Under My Batches on your My Indexing page, you will see a Due Date for each of your batches. Your batch is due by midnight Greenwich Mean Time on that date. You can adjust GMT to your local time zone by using any time and date site. GMT is 6 hours ahead of my time zone, Central, so this batch is due by 6:00pm on February 9th.
