Non-Member Staffing/Assisting in a FamilySearch Center

Aloha,
When a non-member helps staff the FamilySearch Center, how do they handle assisting members with their temple work? Specifically, are the non-members taught how to show members how to take their names to the temple?

When we had a community staff there was always a member staff working at the same time to handle temple questions. It wasn't necessary for the community staff to have those answers. If your situation is different, make a prayerful decision with your priesthood leaders. There's no written policy so it's a local decision.
