February 6 edited June 3 in Memories

I have again tried to post a family history document. In December it was restricted because there was a kissing picture. I replaced that picture. I have been through the document and the guidelines and I need better detail about what is restricted.

Please help. It has been a lot of work and I'm frustrated. I can't see any guidelines I've missed.

I tried the PID you provided but it would not open for me, is it perhaps for a living person?

Also, it is usually recommended here to reply to the initial computer-generated Memory rejection message asking for human review, which often has more positive results or at least produces more feedback.

I'm so sorry for your frustration. Yes, FamilySearch does have policies in place that sometimes restrict our uploads.

Here is the Help Article, if you haven't reviewed the restriction rules. "What rules apply to uploading Memories."

Also, I agree with @MandyShaw1 , your best recourse will be to respond to the email you received about the restricted Memory.

    Best wishes!
