Tag Name now includes a number

I have noticed today that my tag name now includes a number to the right. It looks like this numbered name has replaced the former tag. Here is what I am talking about:

I can find no way to edit this tag and find the number very distracting. And, what does the number mean?

I've talked with the Engineers. Here is what they told me:

Why this happened: The engineers recently made some changes to the UI (User Interface), which is probably when this tag name changed. This was probably an original version of that tag name, which it has now reverted to.

You can change the tag name!

• Open up your memory and click on the tag you want.
• In the pop-up, you will see the tag name in blue. Click it.
• A new page will come up. The tag name will be large and blue at the top of the page. Click it.
• You can now change the tag name. Save your changes.
