How do I index these names? For the first one the surname is Martin and the given name is Elizabeth right? Or is the given name Elizabeth M T? And then for the names below, do I only index the given name (Estelle B, for example)?

@Tiana Leilani Wheeler An Starting at the top of your snip, the Surname is Martin for each entry; using <blank> on the toolbar for the Spouse names.

Surname: Martin Given Name: Elizabeth M T followed by Surname: Martin Given Name: Estelle B then Surname: Martin Given Name: Etta N and continue down the column.

Notice the Prefix Mrs. is indexed for Mrs. Martin, Sarah A and there is no spousal information given so that is marked <blank>. Spouse Names always appear in parentheses, for example:

Surname: Martin Given Name: Herbert J (Alice F) is indexed Spouse Surname: Martin with Given: Alice F

I'm indexing for the next hour so you can contact me using @ in your comment. I'm on Mountain Time.
