This indexed record contains the following information:

Event Date | 24 giugno 1891 |

The date is incorrect. The year should be 1881, not 1891. Here is the record (bottom right in 1881, birth #204): https://antenati.cultura.gov.it/ark:/12657/an_ud4220600

Unless the whole register is indexed with an incorrect year, I fear it unlikely that FamilySearch will institute a fix.

It does appear there were 12 of the 472 records for the year indexed with an incorrect year, so likely it was just a single indexer and the errors were not noticed.

Unless it is large numbers of errors, FamilySearch expects users to make corrections. I wanted to make sure this record could be edited so I gave it a try. Then I noticed I had edited the father's record (Whoops! That was the link you provided.) The system would not let me delete it, so I calculated the father's birth year from his age and put that in. I was able to successfully edit Giovanna's record. So in the future, you can go ahead and edit any mistakes you find if you have access to the edit viewer. It may be that you will need to be at a FS Center.

Thanks @SerraNola

It's the birth year that has to be changed on each of these. I can't edit it at home, and I'm not going to an FS Center to fix it. I don't understand why FS lets you edit some records but not others. If they want users to edit, they need to give all users access to the tools.

@Cousin Vinny The image must be available for a user to edit. Otherwise, it would be impossible to say if the index was in error or the original document on microfilm had an error.

Cousin Vinny asked: "I don't understand why FS lets you edit some records but not others."
One necessary (but not sufficient) condition is the availability of the image. If the image can only be viewed at an FHC, then the associated index can only be edited at an FHC, if it can be edited. Another necessary condition is the agreement of the record custodian. FS works continuously to secure such agreement, but it can take a while. (The Slovakia Church Books indexes were uneditable for so long, it took me almost a full year to notice that now they're editable.)

Well, thanks to the new agreement between FS and the Italian State Archives, these images can't be viewed by anyone except an LDS church member account. They're no longer available to regular accounts at an FS Center or FS Affiliate Library. Oh well.

@Cousin Vinny That would explain the big push to get Italian records indexed. I assure you no one is more disappointed than FamilySearch, that they are not able to make these documents free and accessible to all.
