    You will need to use a FS partner solution that can pull the data and then export it as a gedcom for import to Ancestry. As I understand it, Family Tree Maker is the only such application that can transfer the sources.

    Alternatively, if you have some technical computing skills, the getmyancestors utility can pull the information direct to a gedcom, including the sources.

    If you are LDS I think you may have additional possibilities, but I don't know what they are, sorry.

    I did exactly that yesterday using Ancestral Quest Premium (paid edition). On the FamilySearch menu, I used Import Family Lines to download a partial tree of linked individuals to AQ. Then I created a GEDCOM from AQ. Oddly enough, this wasn't for me. I did it to answer the question of a FSC patron.
