Location Error Report: Henry County 1860 Census
This batch has many issues with how the cities were indexed. It you try to attach these, it will put in the wrongly indexed place on the profile.
First, each "Incorporated Township of…" turned into "Incorp" plus the city name. For instance, Incorporated Township of Geneseo became "Incorp Geneseo". https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MXH9-ZZT
Also, "The Town of Geneseo" became "The Geneseo" and I saw that recur for a few other cities. https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MXH9-5R9
The *main problem* is that Kewanee was indexed as "Kewance", which doesn't exist. https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MXHS-ZY4
Also, the original indexer wrote "Oscrow" instead of Osco. However, as "Oscrow" doesn't exist, it can't be typed in for a location, so anyone trying to search for family that lived in Osco may not find them. https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MXH7-82W
