I still am having problems accessing records. Every time I try to look at a record it keeps spinning. This has been going on for over two months now . Thank you very much, Laura.

@Kloepfer, Laura Marie When you say look at a record I'm guessing you are talking about an image of a record. I find that at 'peak' times, esp weekend evenings, that images can be very slow or not load at all…

Have you tried accessing the records again and if so, was it successful. If you are still having difficulty, please give us more informations. Which records are you trying to access? At what times are you trying to access them? We would love to help you if you can be more specific.
