@Kloepfer, Laura Marie When you say look at a record I'm guessing you are talking about an image of a record. I find that at 'peak' times, esp weekend evenings, that images can be very slow or not load at all…

Have you tried accessing the records again and if so, was it successful. If you are still having difficulty, please give us more informations. Which records are you trying to access? At what times are you trying to access them? We would love to help you if you can be more specific.0
