error loading family into Legacy

Has anyone encounter a problem trying to load family into legacy?

99% work but a couple families stop loading and i get an error code

WFS Job person get_ create item get #1 /xxxxx/

Do the profiles that are failing to load use any accented letters or non-Latin alphabet text? Legacy still hasn't learned Unicode, so it may be choking on anything beyond the Latin-1 extension to ASCII. (The Latin-1 extension includes letters used in French, Spanish, or German, such as Â, ç, and ö, but not the ones like Ă, č, or ő that are used in "smaller" languages like Romanian, Croatian, or Hungarian.)

I couldn't find that particular error message, but here is a link to the error codes that might occur in the Legacy Family Tree program. http://support.legacyfamilytree.com/category/11/60/10/Error-Messages-Problems/ Perhaps you can locate it there?
