Community Group Administration Problem

This is specifically for whichever administrator can fix these problems.
First Problem: In the Community Group FamilySearch-Norge (
) just after the introductory paragraph there are three links:- Nyttige Lenker
- Opptak av webinarer september 2024-
- Presentasjoner fra Webinar
Clicking on the first or third link works normally. However, when a Leader for the group clicks on the second one, it opens directly to the editing mode for the post instead of displaying the post normally. Likewise, when a regular user clicks on that second link, it attempts to open the editing page but since those users cannot edit, all he or she gets is the Permissions Problem page and so can't view the post at all.
Can whatever is wrong with the post be fixed so that it works properly?

Second Problem: We found this when trying to diagnose the first problem. If my daughter signs into Community (which she never does), goes to the FamilySearch-Norge group where I am a leader but she is not, and clicks on a post, then when returning to the main page for the group, her name has replaced mine in the list of leaders and when she clicks on the account icon in the upper left corner it shows her name and e-mail but everything else in the account profile is still me.
We have looked through both her FamilySearch account information and Community account information and mine and cannot see anything out of order or that cross connects our two accounts. Her account was set up years ago when she was too young to have an e-mail address so we would have used mine. So I have to wonder if that fact is still buried somewhere we can't find it and is causing this problem.
Please, help!

@Gordon collett I would start with the email, change in her profile to her personal email. then see if that makes a difference

The first part of this Discussion/Question will have to be answered by one of your group. None of us know your language.

@Michael Stenberg Thanks for the replies. Is there somewhere you can escalate the account problem to?
Everywhere we can check on FamilySearch and in Communities shows my daughters correct personal e-mail and my correct personal e-mail. This quirk in Communities is something under the hood that we cannot access.
Regarding the Group, this had nothing to do with any language (mine, by the way, is English and I live in the US. I help out with the group.) You didn't need to read anything in the group. The problem was again something under the hood that we could not fix. Clicking on a post should open the post for viewing. On this one particular link, clicking on it opened the post for editing.
I was going to demonstrate this for you but checking just now, things are working normally and I can view the post normally. Either someone fixed it (Thank you, whoever you are!) or routine system maintenance cleared the glitch.

@Gordon Collett I fixed the link in the group. The second part of your problem is a little more difficult and we will look into it. If your daughter's email is still the same as your email, start with changing that. We'll get back to you with what we find out. Thank you for your patience while we work on it.

@Ashlee C. Thank you for fixing the link. Regarding my daughter, her e-mail is not the same as mine whether we look at FamilySearch account information or churchofjesuschrist.org account information or her Communities account information. It's her Communities account that is goofy because when she signs in, although it shows her name and e-mail, everything else on the profile (stars, badges, number of posts, etc.) is all me.

@Gordon Collett Can you arrange for your daughter to take one of your tablets that you don't use yourself, to a friends house (under supervision) to use their WiFi and login from there. If the account works properly, then it implies that your machine/location fingerprint is part of the personality that is being used in the group. If it behaves abnormaly as you describe, then you can rule that out as a cause.

Ok, this is what we tried to eliminate any machine or locality effects:
- Went over to our stake center.
- Signed on to the stake clerk computer which I'm sure I've never used for Communities.
- Opened Chrome, which I never use, as a Guest so there would be no past history or cookies.
- Signed my daughter into Communities.
Same thing happed: her name and e-mail, my account profile otherwise. This happens immediately without ever going to the group so it is not the group, per se, that has anything to do with problem. It is just that we discovered this when trying to figure out the link problem with the group.
