Creating a profile - date and place popups misbehaving

The form that is used to create a profile contains four textboxes for the entry of the birth and death dates and places. Each of these textboxes displays a popup list that is dynamically populated as the user enters text. Like most such popups, they used to appear just below or above the textbox and be left-aligned with the textbox. A week or two ago, these popups started to misbehave:

  1. The vertical position is significantly removed from the textbox. It may be shown below the Additional Find Options buttons, or at the top of the form, depending on the number of items in the popup. If it displays below the buttons, the lower part may be below the bottom of the browser window and be invisible and inaccessible for selection.
  2. The popups for the places are incorrectly left-aligned with the textboxes for the dates.

Here are some examples:

This behaviour is similar to that of the popup on the Find By Name option on the Find form which I added to a discussion on 5 January "Searching for people in FamilySearch".

Can the previous behaviour be restored?

@JulianBrown38 Thank you for reporting this issue. The engineers are aware of it and are working towards a resolution.
