Support Could Not Help - System is Glitching. How can I start over?

System is glitching. I need to start over to be able to correct the problems. How can I start over?

@Nycole467 what part of FamilySearch are you trying to use, what is going wrong, what are you seeing, and what do you want to start again with? And what did Support say about it? It's unusual in my experience for them to say they couldn't help. We need more information before anyone here in Community can help you. Thanks.

using the tree. issues include no pencil to make edits, can’t remove an incorrect person, siblings are not showing on the help desk screen but can see them in my tree, stuff like that.

Do other profiles work normally for you?
Are the problem profiles behaving normally if you sign in on another computer or use another browser?
(We need to work out whether this is a problem with your FS account or your computer, or with the profiles.)
It would be good if you could provide example PID(s) for problem profiles, assuming they relate to deceased people. Screenshots of the problems (not showing living people) may also help.
You haven't yet indicated why Support said they couldn't help?

Yes some work and some don't. At the bottom, Mr. Tomsic was incorrectly merged. There is no pencil and no way to remove him - with him came his side of his family that is now attached to my family. I called in to support for help and he was not able to figure it out because there was no pencil. Also, as you can see, I have three children listed for Rudolph and Pauline. But he could only see one child. I added and removed them all twice but he still couldn't see them. The siblings are not connecting properly and sharing data such as parents and previous generations. I added them each as biological children, but that didn't work either.

It looks like you figured it out, since I see several relationship adjustments for Pauline Tomsich made by you today.
The reason that you couldn't edit the relationship between Mr. Tomsic LBHK-9GC and Pauline Rollick Tomsich PM67-4CG is that they had no couple relationship. They were shown next to each other because they were the parents of a child. Adjusting the relationship of co-parents of a child (who otherwise have no couple relationship) is done by editing the parent-child relationship — that is done by using the pencil icon to the right of the child (which would be just below the bottom edge of the screen shot).
But in any case, I'm glad you were able to sort it out. Hopefully everything is correct and understandable now.

The fact that there are 2 living and one deceased children presumably explains why Support could see only one child.
I also am glad to see that things look to be resolved.
