Reviewing this index.

The Affidavit cites Antonio Bellissimo as the petitioner but the Oath of allegiance on the same page is for Larry Bell. So, who are we indexing here?

If you look at the AOW on that same page, Antonio has changed his name to Tony Bell and Tony, not Antonio, should be indexed. The name change can be found at the bottom of the PET, your -1 Reference Image.

In Ohio there are some lists of people who want Naturalization. Should those all be done with a page for each?

If there is a list of people, there will be an entry for each person.
