Why does the spouse of my "cousin" show no relationship to me?

cousin: Jens Aage Andersen GQ9V-32R

My 8th cousin three times removed

Spouse: Beltzia Louise Albertine Isaksson PMZ6-C4Y shows no relationship to me.

Why is this?

I've seen this SEVERAL times since the reservation system recently changed. It is frustrating.

    Have you tried adding their marriage information to see if it will then show you a relationship?

    @Amy Archibald

    Thank you for responding to my post.

    Their marriage information is there. It still shows "no relationship".

    The relationship now appears correctly.

    @Bryan54

    Thank you.

    Here is another one. I added two siblings to a family group 2 days ago. They still don't show a relationship to me. The other members of the family do.

    The relationships now appears correctly. If you post these in the Temple category it's easier to the support team to spot them.
