certificate number?"matricula" in Brazil

I am reviewing a batch of death certificates from Brazil. The first option is to enter the certificate number which is clearly found on the death certificate as "matricula" This number is long but the box will not allow me to enter that long number it cuts almost half of it. What do I do? The "matricula" is the document's certificate number but if it doesn't allow me to enter the correct number what am I supposed to do? Thank you for your help!
