Page removed from my watchlist?

Can anyone explain the meaning behind this message I have received today in an email?
I believe I might have made a contribution to this item many years ago (even before it would have been designated as a Wiki article), but wonder how I would have added it to my "watchlist" (what does that even mean?) and how / why someone should have now removed it?

The "Watchlist" is a tiny button at the top right of every FS Wiki page. It is certainly possible you clicked it without knowing it. Or, back when we could contribute to the Wiki, there may have been an automatic "watch" to the ones we edited.
I just logged in to the Wiki and checked my own watchlist because I'm sure I had a watch on some pages that I had reported as having problems. My list exists, and it shows an option to edit that list, but there are no Wiki pages on my list.
As far as removing a page from your list - that could just be part of the updating process of the Wiki, I suppose.

Thank you for your response and sorry at having taken so long to acknowledge.
I believe your assessment of the situation must be correct. You explain the reason I might not have remembered adding these items to my Watchlist, in that this might have been an "automatic" process in the days I had editing rights.
I'm afraid I still find the general situation confusing, however. Here is a screenshot of items on my watchlist, titles some of which are identical, although I am confused by the slight difference in title between the ones relating to Norfolk Bishop's Transcripts - two of which have "Church of England" included in the title, whereas two do not. As far as I can make out, they all represent the same collection, so can't understand why they should appear like this (regardless of the general "duplication" matter that applies to both Essex and Norfolk collections, with a "Known Issues" suffix).
I'm about to use the individual links to see what pages they take me to, and will update later on any further insight I am able to get.

Well, I've quickly discovered that all four links to the Norfolk collections lead to the exact same page, in spite of their difference in titles on the page illustrated in the screenshot. The page shows it was last edited on 15 January 2025, which ties in with the email I received on the same day. Identifying which page was removed and/or for what reason remains the outstanding issue. If this does refer to a title being removed from my watchlist - as the message implies - I still have four (Norfolk BTs / Known Issues) links remaining, all of which (as advised) lead to the same page! If there were five up to the 15 January, why remove just one?
Here is the URL (link) to the page in question: https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/England,_Norfolk,Bishop%27s_Transcripts-_FamilySearch_Historical_Records/Known_Issues
Ah, that doesn't quite work: I guess the actual page can only be seen by me being logged in to my account, so I'm providing a screenshot of the page the link takes me to (from my account). You can just about read the "last edited" date at the bottom of the page:

Since all the references seem to lead to the same place, perhaps the removal from your watchlist was part of a general cleanup. Perhaps something similar to the recent cleanup in the tree when duplicate alternate names were removed.
