Error when viewing records, images only available at FamilySearch center.

I've been getting an error message when viewing a catalog, the same message you'd get if a set was only available at a FamilySearch center. However the images thumbnails load and are available from home. I click on the image to view and it loads but 3 seconds later brings up the message "Image Restricted". Is this just a glitch?
