I am having a different total than it is showing when i upload finished batch. is it deleteing some

    Make sure that you have submitted the batch. Batches that are returned do not count towards totals.

    Besides not submitting, batches may not post for a few days. You could also clear your cache. I use Chrome, but I'm sure that this process is similar in other browsers like Firefox and Opera.

    For Chrome, first click on the 3 vertical dots in the top right of your browser and select Settings. Now, I just search "cache" (pronounced "cash") because my stroke brain can never remember what it's actually under 😄 (it's under Privacy and Security). Click on Delete browsing data. When the pop-up appears, deselect everything except Cached images and files and click Delete data, then exit out of Chrome. You also could, and this 100% optional, restart your computer after deleting the cache. The cache is used for faster data retrieving on the sites we visit the most, like FS or weather, news and sports sites and you won't lose any pertinent data, like your FS sign in details.
