Can't see image in Memory
@MargaretaBjorck has posted:
I don't know if my problem is a result of this change: I have some year/s ago uploaded a photo of a married couple at both their identities (KNXD-RRQ and KJ5C-36K) in the tree. I also used the photo to catch profile photos of each of them to the top of their pages. The profile photos still are there, but the photo as a whole has disappeared. It says Memories(1) but when opening the memory it is completely empty. When I tried again to upload the photo, I was denied, because the photo already is in my gallery. But when I very carefully look through all the photos in my gallery it isn't there anymore. What has happened and what should I do? As this is the only photo, of this couple and they have a great number of descendants I really want all of those to get access to the photo.

There have been many users experiencing trouble viewing their Memory Images. This might be related; I'll ask the Engineers to take a look….
I, too, can't see the image when I use my computer to try and view your memory. But, as with @Alan E. Brown, I can see it on the Family Tree Mobile App.
I will try and get you an answer as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience!

I'm happy to report that the images under Memories are "viewable" again—our FamilySearch Engineers were able to provide a fix for this issues.
Thanks again for your valuable feedback!
