Ohio Naturalization [Part E] Batch {MQ5P-SDM} A real mess.
I've been returning these to be reindexed. This person who indexed this, needs training. I've seen many of these.

Whoever is doing this needs serious training. It's been a while since I've seen a batch this bad.

I index and review Finnish tax records and there's an indexer who does a lot of batches and every single one has to be reindexed. I know it's the same person because they're done the same way and sometimes when I'm indexing I'll also get this person's batches that have obviously been sent back by a reviewer for reindexing because they're already completed. Apparently Family Search doesn't notify people when they're doing it all wrong and see that they get further training like they used to. It's a shame because this person does a lot of work, none of which can get through the process.

Most of the time I just reindex without returning them.

When it's just particular fields that can be copied down, I do that too. But these are totally wrong. When I review I'm not going to reindex the whole thing. (these have anywhere from 30-over 100 records and depending on the type of form, half of the records are left out)

You should just review them. The same person who did it wrong will just do it the same way. I know how to index these correctly. Just do it while they are in front of you.

No, they'll go to a different indexer so that same person won't do it again.

I returned all the one's I saw yesterday. They were too messed up. I'm seeing less of them now.
