I've always thought that requests like this are rather a "big ask", as it would take a volunteer quite a bit of their valuable time to carry out a full translation of a full-page letter. Personally, I would only expect a response to, say, a translation of a short register entry, but still wish you well in saving the expense of professional help if there is a willing volunteer in the Germany Research group, to which GFre has provided the link.
