1921 Census England

Hi @Gary W Gibb. As far as I know, FamilySearch hasn't said anything about the 1921 England census being available on here. Two months ago they posted about how to access it, but not through this site.
I did see that FindMyPast's exclusive right to the 1921 census has now expired, so hopefully at some point in the future, FamilySeach will also have access.

I just discovered that, as long as you've created an account, records can be found (for free) through the index pages of Ancestry, as well as Find My Past. The reason Ancestry is better in this respect is that clicking on "View Record" appears to reveal names of the whole household, whereas FMP typically shows only (for a William Brown) something like: "William, Doris, George and 3 others can be found in this record". No problem in viewing full transcripts or images on either site if you have a subscription, of course.
FamilySearch rarely (if ever) pre-announces forthcoming additions of collections to its website, so we just need to be patient in waiting to see when/if the 1921 E&W census records are finally added. You can be quite sure there will be no images, however, but possibly links to the respective pages at Find My Past (as is the case currently with the 1841-1911 sets).
