Account Issue
Hi all,
I am having an account issue when using the family search from my laptop. From my laptop any search or tree view are getting errors. I tested in different browsers.
On my mobile phone is working using the app.

I cannot see this message’s response, however, I do not like the changes to FamilySearch app on my iPhone. It no longer takes me to my full TREE initially. It’s become very cumbersome to use. 02/01/2025. Not everything is dated so you don’t know how old a question or response is.

@Beverly Weaver Ault If only the time appears that means the post/comment is from the current day when viewed. Day/month only means the current year. Everything else has a full date on it.
The mobile app's launch page (admittedly on Android) doesn't seem to me to have changed since I started using it a couple of years ago. What version are you running? (Mine is version 5.0.3, see Help>About.)
