Image Index no columns after edits

After making edits to the index for following image (started by fixing "1958" or no birth year to "1858", but also added godparents and the "Birth Legitimacy" field to three children "de padres incognitos", literally "of unknown parents"), when I go back to the old image browser for it, the "Image Index" pane doesn't show any data-columns. It still shows links to view the records, but none of the summary-data "Name", "Sex", "Event Type", "Event Date", etc. (Compare the prior and following images, where that data is still visible.) See screenshot below.

I submitted "Feedback", but it's serious enough that I'm posting here as well.

I have tried this with both image viewers.

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:939F-QPH6-5 (old viewer) gives the above problem.

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:939F-QPH6-5?view=index (new viewer) does show the indexed data (or at least some of it - @davidleelambert please check nothing is missing).

@SerraNola is this one for you?

@davidleelambert On this particular film there are nine images without indexes. Yours is different from the others as it still has a working link to the index detail page and it can still be viewed in the new viewer. (That rules out the "disappearing index" issue.) I tried to duplicate this error by editing an entry on the previous image, 103. I changed the year and added godparents and it worked fine:

I don't know if this was just a glitch. We have not had any other reports in Feedback, but I will still put it on the list to check out. Make sure to report if it happens again.
