City Directories: Do we also index a phone directory?
In the City Directories I got a page with only names and telephone numbers on it. I cannot see where this type of directory is addressed in the project instructions. It would indicate residency as it is entitled Bakersfield phone directory. Should I index it or return it?

It is indexed the same as you would index any other directory.
