Hints
The record hints section is very hit and miss. Most of the time it doesn't show on the homepage and I need to refresh the page multiple times before it shows up. When it finally shows up, I can only access the 3 people shown (if I click on "show all" it doesn't show any available, even though I have over 2000 available). Once those 3 individuals have been reviewed, the process of refreshing the page over and over starts again until the hints finally show on the homepage again.
I cannot find any other location for the record hints on the site. These hints have been very helpful in finding and expanding my family tree. I wish there was an easy way to review them instead of wasting time in refreshing because the feed doesn't consistently show them

click on "Show All", it will open up to full list. I usually click to open in new tab .

I don’t have an issue with accessing hints, but I have some on the list that after I add all hints the list will not refresh. Even days or weeks later.

well, I have had the top 3 people with hints that would not go away (for days) just now cleared. I went back and it gave me more hints and those three were finally gone. Typically, within seconds after adding the source it disappears. 😊
I am extremely impressed with the speed of FS lately! I really like how fast a profile updates when any change is made. It’s been incredible.

For those saying click "Show all". I am aware of that option, but what I am saying is when I click that, it says I have no hints. See my attached screen shots.
Show All (1875) is clicked, then the next screen says no hints are available.

Mary, clear your computer cache. It happens time to time.

@W D Samuelsen contact me please well now for the last 2 days, since clearing the cache, the Hints widget is gone all together.
It was there, cache cleared, I had to log back in and it is just gone, even after multiple refresh screens and restarting my computer. Coincidence, I'm sure, but irritating still.

Mary, the new page with widgets is still in beta test.
Now where are the hints for records and temple. They're gone !!!

If you have opted in to the new user experience, the widgets are there on the accounts I have looked at in the last couple days @Mary Kunz and @W D Samuelsen contact me please . The new home page is not in beta test but users are allowed to opt in or out for now. You may need to again clear your cache, reboot your system, and log in again to FamilySearch.

Where in new page? I already purged cache not once but twice, including last night. Rebooted daily basis. Still this. This is all I have to show on "new page"

Click on "Try It", it goes right back to same page, showing only

That is it! Hints used to be in left column below "Recently View".

@W D Samuelsen contact me please. @Sue Maxwell , and @Mary Kunz - After doing some more looking and asking some questions, I found out this is a known issue and there is a workaround for you to see your hints until this gets fixed. We are grateful for your report and this is being worked on. Here is a work around until it gets fixed. Click on this link and it should take you to your Hints page: Hints page

What work around? This is the very same page where the hints are supposed to be.
Here what it said for me
"Sorry. No hints could be displayed
We're having trouble displaying hints at the moment. Please reload the page. If it still doesn't work, check back later."
I was already on phone to support. They said to click on the feedback and report so they can pinpoint who are missing this. I got reply from tech it's a glitch.
