FamilySearch International, the world's largest genealogy organization, and American Ancestors, are happy to announce a collaboration on 10 Million Names. The collaborative project seeks to recover the names and restore information to families of the estimated 10 million men, women, and children of African descent who were enslaved in pre- and post-colonial America, including the area that would become the United States.

In researching my family lines I find the names of slaves. How can I submit these names to the project?

I just found 6 enslaved people in an old church minute book on Family Search. Is there a way to add these to the 10 million name project? Could I give information including source and page for someone else to do this?
