Lucius gave the name of his relative, Mr S Ruffin, as his contact. On this record from Georgia, the surname Ruffin has been transformed into a place in South Carolina. I've edited the place to verify that I could, but I took a screenshot before I edited.

@Áine Ní Donnghaile Thanks, and got it. Because most of the records in this collection don't show a relative, it may not have impacted too many. This is one that's hard to find search criteria to reveal the errors.
