I have completed entering all of the names from the directory pages, but when I select send, i keep

I keep getting error messages even though I have completed all of the names in the 2 pages of the city directory. It asks whether the item on that page should be kept — but it keeps asking the same message for 135 entries, even though I keep responding.

When we have fewer records on the document than the number given in the indexing table, then we need to delete the unneeded lines. To do that, go up to the trash can icon in the toolbar, then click on All Blank Entries. As long as you haven't indexed anything in those unneeded records, they'll all disappear. Then you can submit the batch.
