Finding the place of death

Hello: After doing a search for my long lost brother, Walter T. Johnson, born May 18, 1944, I found a reference that he passed away August 16, 2016. I've searched and never could find where he died and was buried. One reference is in Coral Gables, Florida but was lead to believe that the PO Box listed might be for an attorney and not his address. Possibly and maybe probably, he moved to the Dominican Republic and passed away there. I've searched the Florida records thru the Vital Statistics and received notification that there wasn't any Walter Theodore Johnson who passed away in any Florida county. I'm wondering why the August 2016 date showed up and where that information came from. if anyone has an idea about that, would you please let me know? Many thanks.

    Good morning @FlorenceVrankovic and welcome.

When you ask a question about a profile in the FamilySearch tree, it's easier for us to help you when you include the profile identifier (PID) of the person. In this case, I believe you are asking about GHBM-6T9 - https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/GHBM-6T9
