FYI for mods--Ohio Part B

The color/race field in Ohio Part B is not accepting anything other than what is on the drop-down list. I tried to index the race as German in Image 3, but it reverts to an open field when I go to the Birth Day field. @Ashlee C.

    Also as I've reviewed OA's and Certs of Arrival, I've seen indexers adding information that is not given such as Sex, Color, record numbers, etc . I've also seen the Given and Surnames reversed on Certs of Arrival and spaces or hyphens in the record numbers. Please read and follow the directions and samples carefully.
