Place Names to the Places data Base.
Can we put a link to a place for a persons Birth Death Marriage etc. So we can see the records for these places?

Yes, you are free to put links in several places on a profile. For example, back before FS added source tagging, I used to put links to sources in the Reason box for each conclusion. You can also use a Note or Discussion on the Collaborate tab to link to websites containing information relevant to a person or family, such as data about the locations in their lives. And, of course, you can use links for creating or filling out sources. (The belt-and-suspenders approach is to save the image or a screenshot along with a link, create a "Memory" source using the saved image, then add the link to the Citation field.)

Do you mean you would like to click on an icon by each place name on a profile that jumps to the FamilySearch Catalog for some level of that place? For example if the place contained Wyoming, a link that jumped here: https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/results?count=20&placeId=29&query=%2Bplace%3A%22United%20States%2C%20Wyoming%22
Or do you mean you would like that icon to jump to a location record search? Such as this: https://www.familysearch.org/search/location/united-states-of-america/wyoming
You say the Places database but that does not generally have any information about records, as you can see here: https://www.familysearch.org/research/places/?text=wyoming&focusedId=344
