Why would a profile with a death date be listed in my Private People

I noticed a profile (GBSF-4NL) that has birth and death information but is displayed in the list generated by the Private People menu. Why is that? I thought "private people" were those profiles that were "living".

It seems all the names in Recents currently have the "Private" label. A glitch. I believe it's been reported in other threads.
