"View Relationship" intermittently not working

I'm noticing some inconsistencies when clicking the "view relationship" link. The button works as intended when I click it on my great-grandparents, but says "no relationship within 15 generations" for all but 2 or 3 of their siblings. This is also occurring for one of their children (my great-aunt), but not for my 3 great-uncles on that side.

Are there any known issues that would be causing such oddities?

Hi It would be very helpful if you would provide the PIDs for the people you are looking at. This way we can troubleshoot the problem. Thanks.

It seems to have fixed itself between last night and now (and no changes were made to the people in question). I can still provide PIDs if you need them, but otherwise it must have been a blip. Probably good to keep an eye out for other reports though.

Thanks, if everything is okay, you don't need to provide the PIDs.

I'm having a problem with it today.

Heinrich August Samuel GRZF-PJ2 is the son of my 5th great grandfather and his first wife. (My ancestor is a son of the second wife.) The "View my Relationship" has it all messed up. It says he is my "first cousin 6 times removed" when he should be an uncle. And it shows his father as a non-existent living person, while his actual father L4QK-PMG is shown as his uncle.
