Only half the page transcribed
I've found a case where the image has two pages, but only the first page is transcribed -

I knew the baptism I was looking for was in the collection because it is in other indexes of the same source, but had to search manually for it.
I haven't been able to find anywhere to report this and/or submit a transcription - any ideas?

Unfortunately, I cannot make use of the link you have provided, so cannot see the exact circumstances. However, once an indexing project has been completed, it is highly unlikely errors and omissions will be addressed. All you can probably do is to add a note against the profile concerned in line with what you have reported here.

I haven't tried the "+ADD" button on the index editor in a while, I wonder if it works now?
Hmm, maybe: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:X98T-9KZZ
(I've been burned by it too often to have even bothered to try adding other details, such as the parents.)
FS does not generally correct or add to already-published indexes, unless an error is on the scale of entire films. A missing half-page is unlikely to qualify. But if you're feeling generous with your time and energies, you can explore the current state of the index editor and add the missing entries. (The software was rushed out the door for the 1950 U.S. Census indexing, and has been plagued by bugs the size of gremlins ever since, but maybe they've finally got this part working ….?)
If exploring buggy software is not in your wheelhouse, you can console yourself with the old (pre-index-editing) thought: you found the record anyway.
