data from Ancestral File is available on FamilySearch.

Use SEARCH (main menu), GENEALOGIES, COMMUNITY TREES, ANCESTRAL FILE

Maybe I'm wrong, but is Legacy NFS the information that was pulled into "New Family Search" from Ancestral File? But it would be great to access that information.

A legacy Source means when a new.familysearch (NFS) Person was migrated to the FamilyTree (FT) in 2012, that Person had a Source and the information that was there was copied into FT. A Source in nFS days was very minimal compared to the Source in FT. And yes, many Persons in nFS were created from Ancestral File entries.

@plnelson "How can i access the information"? The source as you see it in Family Tree does contain all the information contained in the Legacy NFS source. If you could still access New Family Search and look at it there you would not see anything more than you see in Family Tree. I would estimate 99% of them are worthless and the source should just be detached.

@plnelson Can you provide the PID that has that Legacy Source? The data that didn't map well was the old nFS usernames. Otherwise what was in the nFS source should be showing.
